Clean workshop

Apparatus can be provided with or without:

• double jacket or temperature control coil,
• bottom valve,
• heat exchangers or control systems,
• instrumentation,
• accessories for sample taking, lighting, viewing, mixing, cleaning, atmospheric control, etc...
• support systems, or skids (chassis),
• lagging,
• finish levels from the simplest (degreasing/passivation) to the most advanced (mechanical polishing or electro-polishing).

All the equipment is inspected during production and during the final phase. Technical files are provided on paper and/or on CD-Rom. They include all the documents necessary to the installation and maintenance of the equipment, including:

• Ex certificates for equipment for Ex classified zones
• CE certificates for equipment subject to European Directive DESP 97/23/EC (individual pieces of equipments as well as complete functional modules).
• The FAT/SAT equipment acceptance protocol.

Technisoudure also assists its clients with the commissioning of its installations.
